在优培东方PMP培训过程中，个别学员可能出现在报考之后未按时参考，导致PMP考试英文账号有效期已经过期。但此英文账号同时绑定了PMI会员资格，此时PMI会员资格尚在有效期。我们都知道英文资料一旦超过有效期将无法进行中文报告，这样相应账号绑定的会员资格也就浪费了，而会员资格每年的收费并不便宜。所以如何解决这个问题，本文以范例的形式进行说明。

I am a representative of a PMP training company in China. I made a big mistake when I was helping our trainees apply for registration on 7th, December, 2013. We have two trainees whose names share the same pronunciation exactly in Chinese. I, by mistake, deposited the member fee paid by one trainee into the account of the other who will not participate in the exam. As a result, the applicant who will take the exam has no right to enjoy a membership price for the exam. So, I am writing to ask you to correct the error for me. Please help me to put the membership under the correct account.
